FORMER GREEN DOOR PICTURES EXEC NICHOLAS YEARWOOD JOINS WOODCUT MEDIA AND DUCHESS STREET PRODUCTIONS AS CONSULTANT EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

London – Tuesday 23rd August 2016 – UK based Woodcut Media and Duchess Street Productions (both part of the Bob & Co investment portfolio of businesses) have secured the services of Nicholas Yearwood, a founding member of Idris Elba’s production company Green Door Pictures.

 

Effective immediately, he will work as a Consultant Executive Producer for both companies, developing scripted and non-scripted programming, as well as continuing to develop his own independent projects for various established and emerging off-screen talent.  

 

Prior to setting up as a consultant, Yearwood was at Green Door Pictures which launched in 2014. During his tenure he operated as Executive Producer, as well as Head of Development.  He was responsible for executive producing a variety of non-scripted programming including the Sky series Ones to Watch, the Idris Elba directed short, Beats of the Beautiful Game, as well as documentary films such as Mandela My Dad and Me, directed by BAFTA award-winning Daniel Vernon.
